All meals on Maase are freshly prepared by home cooks after the order is placed. Since the food is cooked specifically for the customer using fresh ingredients, cancellations after the allowed time window are generally not permitted. This policy exists to protect and fairly compensate our home cooks for their time and ingredients.

Once a refund is approved by our support team, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times are as follows:
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer being unreachable at the time of delivery, or the customer being unavailable at the delivery location, refund eligibility may be limited. In such cases, Maase will make reasonable efforts to redeliver or resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee a full refund.
Maase acts as a technology platform connecting customers with home cooks. While Maase strives to ensure a high-quality experience on every order, food is prepared by independent home cooks registered on the platform. Maase will mediate disputes fairly between all parties involved.
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases: change of mind after food preparation has started, order placed by mistake after the 1-minute window, or dissatisfaction with portion size where the portion was correctly described on the platform.
